01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the digi28 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are considered part of this agreement.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and digi28 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "Company"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein.

02 Member Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted one (1) account only at digi28. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include:

• Full name as shown on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address to be used for official communications.
• A valid and reachable mobile phone number.
• A strong, unique password for your account.

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be carried out before any withdrawal is made. You will need to submit a copy of your identification document (MyKad or passport), proof of current address, and where required, proof of the payment method used.

08 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the digi28 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or any other financial activities that violate applicable laws.
• Fraud or attempted fraud in any form, including the use of third-party software, bots, or other automated methods.
• Player collusion in live table games or any multiplayer games.
• Multiple account registration by the same individual to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Use of VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of accessing the platform from restricted regions.
• Selling or transferring accounts to any third party in any form.

09 Account Termination

Digi28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Reporting or confirming fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Member requests account closure through official support channels.

If an account is terminated for reasons not involving a breach of terms by the member, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, digi28 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform, including losses during service disruptions.
• Loss of data or information caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this platform.
• Content or services from third parties that may be accessible through our platform.

Digi28's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Terms Amendment

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
